Fees are invoiced monthly and must be settled within 7 days. Fees are reviewed every financial year – we will ensure that you are informed in advance of any changes.

Within the first week following your admission to Birkdale Park a contract will be issued to you or your representative to sign. This contract covers all legal aspects including Terms and Conditions of stay, the cost of your room per week and will list the examples of services and goods that are not covered in your weekly amount. The details of this contract should have been discussed prior to your admission.

In the event of an emergency admission we will discuss these aspects at the earliest opportunity. This can be a confusing and anxious time for you – do not worry we will sit you and your representative down and explain everything.
